Seeking a Network Engineer to help with their more complex service requests. This individual will be responsible for incident response (service requests) for the Organization. The team right now is struggling to keep up with their related requests and are looking for Network Engineers to work day shift and support requests (both wired and wireless). They are wanting this individual to work day shift with the possibility of planned maintenance hours. This individual will support the Network Operations Center (NOC) in an operational role. Additionally, we are looking for another engineer with the same skill set to support our project load.
