Our work depends on Cisco ACI Engineer joining our team to provide engineering and O&M support maintaining USCENTCOM's Datacenter Architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in deploying Datacenter Fabrics, preferably Cisco ACI fabrics.
• 3-5 years hands-on Datacenter experience with Cisco ACI and VMWare (deployed with VDS and NSX).
• Experience with network routing protocols and Ethernet switching.
• Background in troubleshooting large, complex networks.
• Familiarity with ACI Policy Model and experience integrating ACI with Cisco Tetration and/or Cisco Secure Workload.

Nice To Haves

• Routing Protocol(s): EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
• LAN/WAN Design concepts.
• Identity Management (Cisco ISE).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Network and System Engineers responsible for providing datacenter services throughout USCENTCOM to achieve mission requirements.
• Deploy new hardware/software and services while maintaining and upgrading current servers and services.
• Accurately analyze datacenter architectures, workflows, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify relevant concerns and factors.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with multiple work centers and clients within USCENTCOM.
• Work with Network and System teams to resolve service affecting outages.
• Assist in maintaining current datacenter fabric and help move the architecture forward as new technologies evolve.
