About The Position
The Circulation Supervisor serves in the Access Services department of Siena College's Standish Library, and facilitates front-desk patron services, routine collection maintenance, and library student employment. The ideal candidate will enthusiastically recruit, train, and schedule student workers, and participate in budgeting, developing, and expanding the library student work program. Cross-departmental collaboration is routine, both inside the library and across campus with offices such as Financial Aid and Business Affairs. Flexibility, efficiency, and creative thinking will provide a groundwork for patron-centered service and detail-oriented administrative duties.
