  • Research materials status and assist with library programs and events.
  • Operate cash register and credit card console, completing transactions and initiating refunds as necessary.
  • Provide public assistance with library technologies, including computers and printers.
  • Train and assign tasks to volunteers and maintain effective relations with coworkers and the public.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service and/or library experience.
  • A valid State of Alaska Driver's License at the time of hire.
