About The Position
Using the Quality Caring Model, the Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) demonstrates expertise in performance and application of the nursing process to plan and manage the care of patients in the operating room setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. An innovator in minimally invasive surgery, Holy Cross Hospital was first in Montgomery County to offer robotic surgery with the da Vinci surgical system.
