Overview: McNaughton McKay Group is launching its first-ever Commercial & Industrial Readiness Core Unified Immersive Training (CIRCUIT) Rotational Development Program, designed to build experience and well-rounded knowledge of the electrical distribution industry through immersive exposure to sales, operations, customer service, supply chain, and other areas of the business. We are seeking highly motivated, curious, and business-minded individuals to serve as both a Program Builder and Participant in this inaugural cohort. During the first phase of the program, individuals will partner with HR and business leadership to design the structure, learning framework, and rotation experience for the program. Following program launch, the individuals will transition to a participant role, completing structured rotations across key business functions. This role offers a rare opportunity to held build a talent development program from the ground up, while gaining hands-on experience across several critical business areas within a leading commercial and industrial distributor. In the CIRC-UIT Rotational Development Program, you will: Phase 1: Program Development & Design Partner with HR leaders and Functional leaders to design the Rotational Development Program framework. Help identify core rotation areas, including: Sales & Account Management Branch Operations & Counter Sales Customer Service Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Inside Sales & Sales Support Define learning objectives, rotation timelines, and program expectations. Assist in developing onboarding materials, rotation guides, and evaluation tools. Support creation of a scalable and repeatable rotational internship model. Participate in planning discussions with senior leadership regarding program goals and outcomes. Phase 2: Rotational Program Participation Complete structured rotations across multiple departments and branch functions. Gain hans-on experience supporting daily business operations and customer interactions. Contribute to real business initiatives and operational projects during each rotation. Develop working knowledge of products, customers, and the electrical distribution industry. Build cross-functional relationships throughout the organization. Continuous Improvement & Program Evaluation Gather feedback from managers, mentors, and peers throughout rotations. Evaluate effectiveness of learning experiences and program structure. Provide recommendations to improve future program cohorts. Help document best practices to ensure long-term program sustainability. Collaboration & Communication Build strong relationships across branches, teams, and functional areas. Provide progress updates and insights to program sponsors and leadership. Serve as ambassador for the Rotational Development Program. Help drive awareness and engagement around early-career development initiatives.
