Review orders for validity and ensure equipment and facilities are available to meet circuit requirements. Provide access service request (ASR) requirements from DS1’s to Ethernet orders to circuit coordinators. Submit engineering service requests (ESRs) for network equipment or facilities and track ESR’s until the equipment is installed and ready for consumption. Submit purchase orders (POs) for equipment required for circuit designs. Design, Analyze, and Test: Responsible for the entire design process from conception to finished unit. Design circuits and provide complete, accurate circuit layout records (CLRs). Perform analysis and testing using specific equipment.
