Join Our Team as a Circuit Board Technician / Solder Rework Specialist We have exciting opportunities and are looking for a talented Circuit Board Technician / Solder Rework Specialist to join our team. Our manufacturing department is one of the best teams you'll ever work with, and our engineering team is located in the same building. You'll learn how to program, operate and maintain SMT equipment, and you'll assist in creating and following process documentation. We have many different versions of our products, and there is always something exciting and new to work on. You'll be constantly learning, evolving and cross training. These are some of the things that are important to us: You have experience hand soldering and reworking circuit board components to IPC Class 3 specifications. You can read and understand technical work instructions. You are experienced in visually inspecting circuit boards for defects according to IPC standards. You have experience with automated surface mount technology (SMT) equipment such as screen printers, solder paste inspection (SPI), pick and place equipment, and automated optical inspection (AOI) You are experienced with using manual inspection microscopes You are familiar with testing circuit boards for continuity and functionality. You have pride in promoting and executing quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, documents and reports. You have the desire to learn new skills and positively impact your team. You prefer an organized and clean manufacturing environment, and will do your part to keep it that way. You may have IPC certifications, but if not, we have the ability to train in house. You have a problem-solving mentality, an understanding of 5S principles and a desire to improve your work environment We like to take care of our team members. Requirements
