About The Position

Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking Part Time Janitor Staff for Sunchase Cinema 8 located in Farmville, Virginia. Going to the movies is the all-American experience! We're expecting to expand our hours very soon as COVID-19 restrictions are eased, and we will be ready! Our Janitorial Staff play a vital role in a smoothly operating cinema and a fantastic movie experience for our guests. They should be organized, friendly, and customer-focused.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial work at Sunchase Cinema 8.
• Clean the theater building and remove debris.
• Keep areas neat and tidy.
• Vacuum and buff floors, shampoo carpets, and empty trash receptacles.
• Replace lining of trash cans and mop floors.
• Clean bathrooms and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment.
• Dust and wash walls, clean ceilings, and polish light fixtures.
• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, and equipment to clean areas.
• Remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using cleaning solutions.
• Perform incidental seasonal tasks such as snow removal or lawn care.
