About The Position

Champion is hiring a Team Administrator to join their winning team! The Team Administrator is responsible for overseeing meticulous administrative functions within the realms of Business Administration or Logistics, ensuring precision and efficiency. Key duties include maintaining detailed account records, coordinating document preparation, ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED. Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience in relocation services, logistics, or a similar industry.
  • Experience with customer service, handling inquiries, and maintaining professional communication standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support and adhere to ISO standards, ensure compliance with procedures, and deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of account ownership, contacts, and operational support for team members.
  • Generate and maintain reports, obtain signed delivery documents, and ensure closure procedures are completed using the Closed File Checklist with all required documentation.
  • Organize billing documents accurately, input shipment details into CG system, and update actuals while maintaining proficiency with CHAMPS and other computer systems.
  • Manage timely document preparation, including digital uploads, printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and filing, as well as distributing printed documents and managing team inbox items.
  • Track shipments online, update inventory records, and prepare associated documentation.
  • Prepare weekly status updates for accounts, maintain records of account bids, and update spreadsheets and team folders accordingly.
  • Manage FIDI tag emails, ensure timely submission of ISF information, and assist with gathering FIDI information and reviewing documentation.
