The Community Information Exchange & Crisis Navigator provides compassionate support to individuals and families seeking help by offering crisis intervention, information, and referrals to community resources. The position will facilitate communication and resource-sharing among various community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to meet the needs of help seekers.
