About The Position

The Software Engineer 2 codes software applications based on business requirements. The Software Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The CIAM Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands on, relevant experience in systems analysis and application programming development in .NET.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience building secure, interactive frontend interfaces for authentication and user management utilizing Vue.js.
  • 3-5 years' experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining applications within Microsoft Azure.
  • Self-provided internet service must meet a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps (wireless, wired cable or DSL connection suggested; satellite, cellular and microwave connection only if approved by leadership).
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
