  • Assist in the development of flow charts, FMEA’s, and control plans for all processes.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Document testing processes and results for future reference.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues with CI processes.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and CI to identify potential quality problems.
  • Gather and analyze data to investigate product quality issues, determine the root cause, and implement corrective actions to eliminate or reduce the cause.
  • Assist in the development of flow charts, FMEA’s, and control plans for all processes.
  • Apply basic statistical methods to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Support the audit process and quality systems initiatives.
  • Assist with compliance analysis, trending, and reporting.
  • Assist and perform basic MSA studies.
  • Participate in cross functional problem solving and Six Sigma teams.
  • Perform other duties as required by quality management
  • Responsible for producing a high quality product.
  • Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engeering, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics and/or related field.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
  • Mini Tab and Microsoft Suite (Power Bi, Excel, Power point etc.)
  • Understanding of CI concepts and tools like Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
