About The Position
The CI Manager at SunOpta is responsible for leading and directing business process improvement initiatives and waste elimination activities to ensure operational excellence within the plant. This role emphasizes the development of a learning culture that embraces standardized work and problem-solving methodologies, particularly through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The CI Manager will also train and deploy resources to implement state-of-the-art tools and approaches for performance excellence and process improvements.
