The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to work at our facility in Springfield, MO. Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Under the direction of the Operations Manager and with the support of management staff, the individual will support and own results for clean, inspect, and lube procedures, centerline management system, 5S system, accuracy of process data and loss elimination system. This individual will actively participate in annual planning, weekly PDCA meetings, daily production meetings, and defect elimination.
