You will train, advise, and mentor CI/HUMINT students and teams on approved tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), while serving as a Faculty Advisor (FACAD) with responsibilities such as teaching and role-playing during exercises, grading intelligence and operational reporting, and evaluating student performance in accordance with established Training and Readiness (T&R) standards. You will integrate fully into training exercises, providing post-exercise critiques, after-action reports (AARs), grading, and student performance evaluations using approved evaluation checklists. You will also maintain general oversight of classroom instruction and field training activities, support program reviews, training coordination meetings, and course content reviews, and assist with training events requiring the use of motor vehicles and other support equipment. In support of continuous improvement, you will attend follow-on training as required to refine instructional techniques and contribute to curriculum updates.
