The Community Health Worker (CHW) Apprentice with a Behavioral Health Emphasis at Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County is a full-time, 12-month apprenticeship program designed to develop skills in community health and behavioral health support. The role involves serving as a liaison between health/social services and the community, facilitating access to services, and improving service delivery quality. Apprentices will receive on-the-job training, mentoring, and complete various competencies related to health education, case management, and community support.
