About The Position
Willow Creek Community Church is an egalitarian non-denominational, multi-site church in and across Chicagoland passionate about helping people take next steps to love God, love people, and change the world. Our Willow Wheaton location is a mobile campus hosting services at Wheaton Academy in Wheaton, IL with an average congregation size of around 500 people. As the Production Manager at Willow Wheaton your role is primarily a people-oriented role. You will recruit, train, empower, and care for a technical arts team of volunteers in order to execute impactful, distraction-free services. Additionally you will oversee all technical arts systems and elements for services and special events at our campus: audio, video, lighting, and stage management. These duties will make up 75% (28 hours per week) of this role. For the other 25% (12 hours per week) of this role, you will assist the Central Arts and Worship team depending on your unique skill set. This may include (but is not limited to) assisting in audio pre & post production, video production (camera operation, editing, directing), lighting (design, programming, video for film), visual media (slides, graphics, and screen content) and technical systems maintenance. You also may collaborate on creative planning, and provide technical support for events beyond regular services. The salary range for this position is approximately $50,000 - $69,000 depending on experience and skill set.
