About The Position

The Chubb Insurance Professional Program (CIPP) is designed for individuals aspiring to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry. This program offers a comprehensive two-and-a-half-year experience that includes hands-on business assignments, starting with a six-month rotation in Claims. Participants will engage in collaborative learning, technical training, and interpersonal skill development, all aimed at preparing them for future leadership roles within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major considered.
• Strong GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Prior work experience or internships preferred.
• Leadership experience through community service, athletics, or clubs preferred.

Responsibilities
