About The Position

The Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles in accordance with company standards. They will perform inspections, identify mechanical issues, and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. Experience is preferred... but have the desire to get paid training for Ford and CDJR certifications we'd like to talk to you. Compensation commensurates with experience and certifications. Requirements

Great mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical skills
Must have basic computer skills necessary to use factory software
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Ford certifications preferred
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Missouri State Inspection License required
B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
ASE Certification required
Ford certification required (or the ability to obtain Ford certification)
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Enjoy working in a dynamic Environment
Must have own tools

Responsibilities

Performs road tests for diagnosis of clients’ complaint and verification of repair
Performs other duties as assigned
Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients’ vehicle needs
Attends manufacturer specific training classes
Performs line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and full automotive troubleshooting and testing
Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
