About The Position
The position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Bulk Packing, Barline, Dipping, and Enrobing Departments. The role involves enforcing safety and sanitation regulations, directing employee activities, and ensuring production goals are met. The supervisor will also evaluate employee performance, prepare work records, and maintain communication with management and other departments.
