Requirements

• Ability to carefully follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Ability to visually inspect products and supplies to meet quality standards
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet the physical requirements of the position including the ability to stand throughout the shift and maneuver around factory equipment and shelving (most positions)
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Push and/or pull up to 200 pounds on a wheeled cart
• Bend, reach away from the body and above waist level, and grasp small objects, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack stock boxes, gift boxes, baskets, and totes from tables and moving conveyors
• Weigh and measure products and materials
• Hand dip and/or 'sign' candy
• Place nutritional and date labels on boxes
• Prepare and assemble boxes
• Stock product and pull orders
• Perform department specific cleaning duties
