About The Position

As an Airrosti Provider, you will evaluate, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal injuries using an evidence-based approach. This role involves daily management of your practice environment and supervision of support staff, while providing manual therapy and instructing therapeutic exercise protocols. You will receive extensive training and support, allowing for independence in practice without the challenges of traditional ownership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree or in the process of obtaining it.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for patient care.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.
• Affinity for soft tissue work, with experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in soft tissue techniques such as ART or MFR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Provide ongoing treatment and management of patient care.
• Supervise designated support staff in the practice environment.
• Instruct patients on therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Apply modalities and functional taping as per Airrosti treatment model.
• Manage daily operations of the practice.
