About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing practice full time in Solon, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys hands-on adjusting, structured care plans, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive, team-based environment. We offer an excellent work life balance with office hours ending by 11 am on Fridays.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Active Chiropractic Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong adjusting skills and confidence in patient care
Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient consultations and chiropractic exams/reexams
- Take and analyze X-rays, including detailed annotation and interpretation
- Deliver Reports of Findings (ROFs), explaining X-rays, posture findings, and treatment recommendations
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal results
- Educate patients on care plans to improve retention and compliance
- Perform chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Full Spine, Thompson, and ArthroStim techniques
- Complete thorough, accurate daily documentation for all services, including:
- Monitor and guide Chiropractic Assistants (CAs)
- Build strong rapport with patients to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals
- Actively manage patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
