About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chiropractor who wants the freedom to grow their own patient base without the burden of running a solo practice. If you have ever wanted the autonomy and upside of building your own book of business, but without being weighed down by administrative responsibilities, this role offers that balance. You will provide chiropractic care in an outpatient wellness setting with a typical daily volume of around 20 patients, while top performers in the practice are seeing 40-50 patients per day. A major advantage of this role is the collaborative care model. Providers work alongside one another, and patients are well covered across the team. That means you are not operating in isolation the way many independent Chiropractors do in private practice. Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
Active or eligible chiropractic license in Arizona
Ability to work independently while collaborating well in a team setting
Strong clinical documentation habits
Comfort with networking, outreach, and community engagement

Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Provide chiropractic care in an outpatient wellness clinic setting
Manage an average daily patient volume of approximately 20 patients
Build and grow an active patient caseload through quality care and networking
Use dedicated schedule time for community outreach and relationship development
Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care focused on outcomes and service
Educate patients on treatment plans, progress, and wellness recommendations
Complete clinical notes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other providers to support continuity of care and a strong patient experience
Help maintain smooth patient coverage across the provider team
Represent the practice professionally in networking and community-facing settings
Support a clinic culture centered on respect, teamwork, and high-quality patient care
Contribute to practice growth through both clinical excellence and community presence
