About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Newark, DE. We offer a variety of services to our patients and while Chiropractic is our focus, we also offer in office physical therapy, rehab therapy, and massage therapy. We utilize primarily a Diversified, hands-on adjusting style with instrumentation when necessary so the incoming Chiropractor must be comfortable performing this type of adjusting. Must be proficient in manual, full spine adjusting, with interest, and ideally experience, in CBP technique protocols and have a strong radiology background. Recent grads will be considered, and we will provide any training necessary for the right candidate. We seek to help our patients with prevention and function, improving their quality of life, without focusing on their symptoms alone. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in DE
Must be proficient in manual, full spine adjusting
comfortable performing Diversified Adjusting with some instrumentation work
strong radiology background

Responsibilities

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays (marking x-rays)
Evaluate findings, determine diagnosis, and develop appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified Adjusting with some instrumentation work, CBP techniques, monitoring and administering rehab and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
