We are seeking a Chiropractor to help us out either full time or part time, with the potential to work weekends and we are flexible in our need. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program
Chiropractic license in DE

Responsibilities

New Patient exams/evaluations (focused history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging)
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to findings, care plan options, wellness advice, therapies, and modalities
Chiropractic Care- Adjusting, diversified, Thompson and activator
Make follow up calls to new and existing patients
Documentation- progress notes
Collaboration with the other chiropractors and staff for comprehensive care
