About The Position

Requirements

Education: Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
New graduates are welcome; prior experience in a clinical or fitness-integrated setting is a plus
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Active and in good standing chiropractic license in the state of application

Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Treatment Delivery Perform evidence-based chiropractic adjustments tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) to address musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitative exercise programs to support recovery and performance.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management Conduct direct marketing and outreach to Life Time members and existing patients to build a sustainable patient base.
Educate potential patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and IMJT.
Develop and present personalized care plans, including financial planning and scheduling.
Foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Administrative & Operational Duties Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using SOAP notes.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Prepare and update financial care plans in alignment with treatment goals.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery
