About The Position

At LifeClinic, the mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model emphasizes 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits with a health-conscious patient base, primarily cash-based sessions, and offers schedule flexibility once revenue targets are met. This role requires proactive engagement with potential patients on the fitness floor, selling treatment plans, presenting financial care plans, and delivering exceptional patient care using LifeClinic’s proven processes. It combines clinical expertise with an entrepreneurial drive, focusing on patient acquisition, personalized treatment planning, and effective patient management to build a thriving practice.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
  • Active and in good standing chiropractic license in the state of application.
  • Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a clinical or fitness-integrated setting.
  • Strong knowledge of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercise protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
  • Ability to confidently promote services, explain treatment plans, and convert consultations into ongoing care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and standard office applications.
  • Capable of balancing clinical duties with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality patient experience with empathy and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team inside a fitness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform chiropractic adjustments tailored to each patient.
  • Administer Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct direct marketing and outreach to Life Time members and existing patients.
  • Educate potential patients on chiropractic care and IMJT.
  • Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options.
  • Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using SOAP notes.
  • Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
  • Prepare and update financial care plans in alignment with treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.
  • Use LifeClinic’s proven processes.
