About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our integrated family wellness center in Wadsworth, OH. The ideal candidate will focus on both wellness and corrective care, with experience or training in rehab services. This full-time position emphasizes building long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality, individualized care in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history and focused physical exams.
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Order and perform rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options, including lifestyle modifications and take-home exercises.
• Provide chiropractic care, including adjustments and various therapies and modalities.
• Document and chart patient interactions accurately and timely.
• Work cooperatively with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met.
