About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated chiropractor to join our team and establish their own practice as an independent contractor under the ACTIVE umbrella. This position alleviates the stress of managing high overhead costs typically associated with opening a new practice, allowing you to focus on providing quality care to your patients. We are looking for a like-minded doctor, preferably with some experience, who is interested in sharing overhead costs to maximize earnings. This collaborative environment will enable both chiropractors to cover for each other during vacations, ensuring continuity of care for patients without the need to close the clinic or refer patients elsewhere. The practice is located in the bustling Murrysville Towne Center, providing an excellent opportunity to attract new patients. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours, determine your fee schedule, and choose the services you wish to offer. A background in sports or nutrition is advantageous, as it will help in managing existing patients. Proficiency in treating extremities is a plus, although training can be provided. We value a positive, patient-centered approach and are looking for a team-oriented doctor who is eager to work alongside an experienced chiropractor in a growing practice. Our practice philosophy is more evidence-based than subluxation-based, but we appreciate both perspectives. As part of our team, you will have access to essential resources, including staffing, ChiroTouch EHR, Trizetto billing, Zingit text reminders, and existing equipment such as a decompression table, multi-stim unit, and Zenith 320 Hylo table. The treatment room is generally furnished, and any patient files brought in by the independent contractor will remain their property should they choose to leave the practice. Additionally, we currently have two licensed massage therapists (LMTs) on-site to provide complementary services to our patients.
