About The Position

The Chiropractic Assistant (CA) will provide professional support to the chiropractor and assist in delivering hands-on patient care. This role involves working closely with patients, performing exams, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years' experience as a Chiropractic Assistant preferred.
• Must be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Physiology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with performing initial patient intake exams and taking detailed history, entering new patient notes into EMR.
• Shooting x-rays ordered by doctors, maintaining x-ray machine room cleanliness and organization.
• Performing detailed re-exams, entering notes, and updating doctors on patient progress.
• Engaging with and educating patients about their care.
• Answering phones and learning the scheduling system to assist as needed.
• Learning about DME products in the office and educating patients on these products.
• Taking inventory, ordering products, and organizing closets.
• Assisting with patient flow as needed.
• Performing clerical duties at the front desk when required.
