We're seeking a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Therapist. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, their families, and other medical professionals to ensure the delivery of the best chiropractic care possible. This is a full-time (hourly) non-exempt position with competitive pay based in Huntsville, TX.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families
Passion for chiropractic and a natural conservative approach to healthcare
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the practice
Non-smoking and health-conscious individuals preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required; if the right person, we will train you
A depth of experience and understanding of chiropractic is also preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Guide and instruct patients with therapeutic exercises and other modalities such as electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, and the application of laser therapy
Connect with patients in a personal yet professional way to enable them to receive the best care possible
Assist in the growth of the practice by being a responsible and efficient critical thinker
Assist chiropractors with patient care services, including taking patient histories and performing diagnostic tests
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
