About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing practice in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $20, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess an amazing personality and a commitment to providing a 5-star patient experience. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our reception area is welcoming and organized. You will also be expected to engage with patients, answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails, and handle payments. A key aspect of this role is to maintain a health-focused environment, as we believe in practicing what we preach; therefore, being under regular chiropractic care is a requirement, which will be provided complimentary by our doctors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their visit with a warm greeting and a friendly farewell. You will also be responsible for keeping the reception area and kids' area clean and stocked with beverages. Your ability to interact positively with children and families will be essential, as we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented office. You will participate in daily team huddles and weekly training sessions to ensure that you are well-equipped to support our patients and contribute to the overall success of the practice. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and a fast learner. Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting is highly beneficial.
