About The Position

Dixon Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Chiropractic Assistant to provide support during office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with computer operations including printing and typing
• Ability to handle urine and blood samples
• Excellent bedside manner

• Associate degree preferred
• Chiropractic assistant or physical rehabilitation experience
• Bilingual in any language
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients
• Resetting treatment rooms and tidying up the office
• Providing hands-on therapy to patients
• Recording patient vitals
• Assisting patients with walking as needed
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Verifying benefits and eligibility of prospective patients
• Making copies and handling documents
• Assisting the doctor with various tasks
• Processing payments and billing
• Sending and receiving emails and text messages
