Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintaining flow of patients between all providers and therapies
• Working closely with the doctor performing exercises and therapies with patients according to the treatment plan
• Setting patients up on therapy tables
• Monitoring patients
• Maintaining inventory
• Maintaining a clean/safe work environment
• Checking patients in and out while greeting them with a smile
• Mailing/emailing new patient packets to all new patients
• Entering patient demographics in Medisoft
• Insurance verification on all new patients
• Maintaining all front desk reports (Google Sheets)
• Answering phones
• Scheduling patients for future appointments according to treatment plan between multiple providers
• Maintaining patient charts
• Coordinating all referrals for specialists
• Ensuring specialist notes are received in a timely manner
• Updating correlating spreadsheets
