About The Position

Removes dinnerware from tables as necessary. The busser will assist the server in providing excellent customer service to the guests of the food outlets of the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license required.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills preferred.
• Strong presentation and organization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware.
• Assist the server in supplying beverages and food to the guests.
• Reset the table for the next guests.
• Stock shelves with clean cups and silverware.
• Decorate tables for special occasions with linens
• Clean windows and wipe walls.
• Stock ice bins.
• Empty trash as needed.
• Sweep floors to keep clear of debris.
• Clean busing carts.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
