About The Position

The Chinese/Mandarin Bilingual Part-Time Telephone Interviewer at PRC is responsible for conducting quality telephone surveys to gather feedback from patients and healthcare consumers. Requirements

• Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic.
• Quality customer service with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use personal computers or Macs with required specifications.
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and write Chinese/Mandarin and English is required.
• Typing speed of at least 18 WPM.

Responsibilities
