About The Position

The Senior Targeter at Peraton is responsible for performing technical intelligence collection and providing unique insights related to targeting and collection efforts. This role involves evaluating technical and scientific data, conducting technical analysis, and reporting findings to guide intelligence operations. The position requires a strong aptitude for identifying vulnerabilities and technical trends to enable new collection operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS and 12+ years of experience; additional relevant experience of 5+ years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
• Experience with Intel Operations & Analysis as well as field support.
• Experience with the exploitation of various all-source databases and customer-specific tools.
• Demonstrated experience with field traffic/communications.
• Strong analytic and research skills.
• Aptitude for technical/scientific topics.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-specific briefings and reporting.

Nice To Haves

• CI/HUMINT experience is preferable.
