About The Position

Prepare and display foods for sale in accordance with company standards and policies. Wait on customers and provide customer services. For example: managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, labor scheduling, and expense control. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, and food handling. Prepare and display foods in accordance with company standards, recipes, and policies in compliance with food safety policies and procedures. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity and quality. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and well organized. Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas. Keep floors clean, safe, and free from clutter. Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide them with good quality foods. Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures. Increase store sales and profits. Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils in accordance with company and Health Department policies and procedures. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
