What You'll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations. Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred. 4+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Technician Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 certification (required). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. Preferred Qualifications: NATE certification or equivalent. Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment. Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
