About The Position
Join the Fun at Dairy Queen! As a Chill Team Member, you’ll be the face of delicious treats and fun vibes! Your main role is to whip up and serve mouth-watering treats, keep the chill area stocked and clean, and make sure the restaurant is a safe, friendly, and welcoming space for everyone. What You’ll Be Doing: Making Magic: Create and serve the best treats, following all health and safety standards, while keeping things fun and fast! Keep Things Fresh: Stock up and set up the chill area with all the yummy essentials. Plus, make sure everything is tidy, safe, and up to health standards. Teamwork Vibes: Work with your awesome crew to make sure everything runs smoothly and that each customer gets their order just right! Clean-Up Crew: Keep the place looking fresh by washing tables, counters, and restrooms, taking out the trash, and keeping everything in tip-top shape. Ready for Action: Help with stocking and rotating products, cleaning the parking lot, and maintaining all the chill and cooking equipment. Customer First: Be the friendly face our guests love, greeting them with a smile and helping them have a great experience. Communication Superstars: Stay in sync with your team to make sure everyone knows what’s up, and keep the boss in the loop on any important updates!
