About The Position
The PeopleWorks (HR) Business Partner is a strategic partner to the regional leaders by embedding HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. This role is a critical contributor to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, efficient department structures and processes and to drive key performance behaviors. They will manage, maintain and improve all human capital programs, including training and development for their region to achieve business results, brand strategy and employee engagement. They will establish well developed plans for growing and developing the workforce that is in alignment with brand and Brinker direction.
