About The Position

Enfield Council is seeking to recruit full-time qualified level 3 social workers who are committed and experienced in working with children and young people. The role involves undertaking quality assessments, developing clear and focused plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of effective services. As a qualified and professionally registered social worker with Social Work England, candidates should have knowledge of current legislation and experience working in partnership with children, young people, families, and partner agencies. The position requires over 2 years of experience working with vulnerable children and their families, preferably in a statutory setting. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Requirements

  • Qualified and professionally registered social worker with Social Work England.
  • Over 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and their families, preferably in a statutory setting.
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to social work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
