About The Position
The Children's Group Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operations of a licensed group home for children with developmental disabilities. This role ensures regulatory compliance, manages staffing, and maintains the health and safety of the clients. The Administrator also communicates with families and outside agencies, trains staff, and acts as a first responder in emergencies.
