About The Position

At KidStrong, we help parents raise stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our program accelerates milestones for children ages 12 months to 11 years, building confidence, leadership, and life skills. Simply put: we develop kids who win at life! KidStrong Henderson is growing fast, and we’re hiring a passionate, high-energy KidStrong Kids' Coach to inspire kids, engage parents, and make an impact. We’re seeking an enthusiastic coach with athletic or teaching experience (ideally with kids ages 12 months-11 years) to lead high-energy classes focused on brain, physical, and character development. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Requirements

• Passion for working with kids—non-negotiable!
• Prior coaching or teaching experience preferred
• Confident communicator with kids & parents
• Solid understanding of exercise techniques and child development
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
• Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric OT/PT experience

Responsibilities

• Coach groups of 6-15 kids using KidStrong’s curriculum
• Engage parents, explaining the "why" behind our methods
• Keep classes on schedule, dynamic, and fun
• Ensure safety, proper technique, and positive energy
• Greet every child and parent personally
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment
• Track attendance and milestones via KidStrong Coach’s App
• Communicate with the team via Slack
• Attend monthly training and programming meetings
• Lead special programs (KidStrong Academy) during school breaks
• Obtain and maintain KidStrong Coach Certification
