About The Position

The St. James Children's and Families Ministries Coordinator facilitates and supports Christian formation programming for the PreK - 5th Grade cohort of the St. James Parish children. These programs are in alignment with the traditions and perspectives of the Episcopal Church. This position works in collaboration with the clergy and staff, with administrative oversight from the Rector.

Requirements

• Experience in children's ministry or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Episcopal Church traditions.
• Previous experience in a church setting.
