About The Position
As General Manager for the Greater Fairfax region, you’ll oversee all aspects of our local youth sports operations. From business development and staff leadership to customer service and program oversight. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, builds strong community relationships, and balances strategy with hands-on problem solving. You’ll work closely with our directors and support staff, meet revenue goals, ensure operational efficiency, and actively represent our brand in the community. You’ll also be a key partner in driving growth, with increasing responsibilities as the business scales.
