About The Position

Forma Gym in Walnut Creek is seeking new Children's Swim Instructors who can start immediately. The role primarily involves conducting private swim lessons, with the flexibility to substitute for group lessons as needed. The private lessons are scheduled based on both the instructor's and the clients' availability, with a high demand for lessons during mornings and weekends. The children range from 6 months to 7 years old, with most being beginners. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching water safety and basic swimming skills to young children, and should possess an upbeat and happy personality to ensure that swim lessons are both fun and safe.

Requirements

• Valid Water Safety and Lifeguard certificate.
• CPR Certified.
• Experience teaching children water safety and swim.
• Strong passion for customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a gym setting.

• Experience teaching adults in swim lessons.
