About The Position

We are looking for new Children's Swim Instructors at Forma Gym in Walnut Creek. We are looking for someone that can start right away! We are looking for someone to do private lessons, but be available to sub group lessons. Privates are scheduled around your and the clients availability, however we have demands for lessons mornings and weekends. Children are 6 months old and up, the majority are around 3 -7 years old and most of them are beginners. Looking for someone with experience teaching water safety and basic swim to young children, someone with a upbeat and happy personality that makes swim lessons a fun, yet safe, learning experience. If you are interested in teaching adults as well, there are opportunities for that too. Forma is more than a gym. Requirements

Must have a valid Water safety and life guard certificate
Must have passion, customer service and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in a gym setting.
CPR Certified
Must have experience teaching children water safety and swim
